Chris and Jorge are very professional & efficient! I had them replace my laundry valves the first visit, called them back to replace my shower valve & trim the second visit. I will definitely call Chris as my go-to plumber in this area!
I needed a water line installed so that I could use the water/ice feature my refrigerator. Scheduling with Ms. Claudia was easy and quick and then Chris made it happen. Despite very tight spaces, he was up for the job and was kind enough to go to the store and come back with two installation options based on cost. Because of his honesty and professional advice, I chose the better long term, high quality solution. He left my space in good condition and me in good faith to always call Arlington Plumbing first.
Chris was on time, responsive, and communicative. He is transparent about his pricing and when we asked him to do another job shortly after his first job, he gave us reduced pricing despite having to make several trips. He also installed our fridge for free. Thank you Chris!

Chris and his partner replaced my toilet quickly. They did not proceed with their work until I understood the cost and agreed on the amount. They wore cover on their shoes to keep my carpet clean. They left with the old toilet and all the trash that came with the new old. I highly recommend this place.

Limbert and his team helped me twice with my toilet and plumbing. They were excellent to work with - communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, responsive. They knew all the right things and were able to complete the jobs with no issue and in really good time. They were fair in pricing and helpful in recommending affordable options. Also important - they wore shoe coverings, which is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend and would ask for Limbert's team in particular.

We’ve had several jobs done by Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Each and every time they've come out, they were extremely responsive, punctual and professional. They consistently call ahead to confirm our appointment and arrive on time. Even when we had an emergency involving an issue with water in our basement (due to a sump pump malfunction), Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling recognized the urgency of the situation and came out the very same day (on a weekend). Their quality of work and service far exceeds our experience with other, well-known large companies we've hired in the past. GigiSnowflake F.2023-06-01I had a toilet with a broken handle resulting in non flushing, I called ARLINGTON PLUMBING & HEATING 703 826 4600 after reading their highly praised HONEST plumbers and called them, other companies gave unrealistic charges just to assess problem ranging from $59 to $99 to come to the house, I was impressed with the HONEST PLUMBER ratings with this group, I called and LIMBERT visited and was able to replace the broken items at a very reasonable cost I was very impressed with his diligent quiet work manner, he never tried to sell me unnecessary items, I highly recommend this group and am glad to have found them, very helpful office folks also, I will use them for future plumbing
